Save yourself time, money, and headaches from this poor product.

I ordered this replacement ink cartridge about a month ago, trying to save a few bucks, and I just installed it yesterday waiting for the prior cartridge to be depleted and after one print with this replacement cartridge, prints were coming out blank.

I went through the whole troubleshooting protocol with researching if there were issues with this specific Dell printer model, so I ended up cleaning the heads, aligning the heads, cleaning the insides of the printer and spending several hours stumped as to what could be wrong, and I decided to replace it with an authentic Dell cartridge and the problem was solved. At closer observation, I realized that the generic replacement cartridge had a different outlet design on the cartridge compared to the Dell cartridge. This person never should have sold it as a compatible replacement cartridge for my specific printer model.

I would recommend spending the extra few dollars to ensure the cartridge your buying is compatible and actually functions.

Save yourself time, money, and big headaches and I strongly recommend NOT buying these generic replacement cartridge for the models stated.

This ink showed up before the scheduled arrival date and fit just fine in my printer. Right now it will only print the first page solid and then subsequent pages are faded, but I think that's a problem with my printer, not the ink. Also, the sellers seem to have really awesome customer service and I do plan on contacting them to troubleshoot the issue with my printer/alignment.

They are working pretty well, but at times the print is too light without changing the default settings. For the money, it's a pretty good deal.
