I decided to try refillable cartridges. When I first received the package, one of the cartridges was cracked and leaking. I emailed the same day and surprisingly got a reply the same day. They were very friendly and continued to email me until about 11pm. I received a replacement cartridge two days later. I was ecstatically pleased and super excited to try these new cartridges!! I will definitely, definitely reorder and refer!

The brother ink cartridges are too expensive to keep up with for me due to frequent and high-volume printing. Purchased these to help reduce costs. They work, but the first 20 or so pages had ink spots in random places when printing most disturbing were the red and blue spots on what was supposed to be grayscale printing. I cleaned multiple times, probably 15, to get it to stop, and it finally did after a while. The color is slightly off with cyan, I don't know why, but forget about printing photos with these inks. As a general utility, it is fine, but if you are interested in fine prints with color-match, this is probably not your best choice.
