If you are looking for the ink in the picture, go somewhere else. You will receive generic ink without the nice tapered bottle and the brand will not be "PrintPayLess". They will however, supply you with syringes to draw it out of the bottles. I wanted the tapered bottles to fill my CIS system easily. This is typical bait and switch. Sell what you picture or be kind enough to provide the correct image and description.

Have Epson Artisan 800 printer. Sure glad these refills exist as this thing is an ink hog.

Placed my order Thursday,6/16/11. Received my ink refills Monday,6/20/11.

Upon opening package and looking at tapered bottle top, I thought the nozzle would be too big to fit in hole.

Emailed PrintPayLess Monday in the late morning. Received a response early Tuesday morning. They asked me to send pictures of my issues and as I was getting ready to send them, I realized there is a screw cap on the top. As Homer would say, "DOH!" Unscrewed and the nozzle fit right in, as stated. So, make sure to unscrew the top and wear some surgical type of gloves to avoid staining your fingers and nails. Filled the cartridges, put them back in and back in business.

I recommend this product.

I think the thing to say about this is that it looks exactly like I bought my cartridges. You cannot even tell a difference between this ink and the name brand ink. So no complaints. I'm actually nearly through my first round of it so will have to order more :)

As another buyer stated, even though this product listing states "Easy Refill: No Syringes or Needles needed! Specially designed bottle can directly refill Ink into the refillable inkjet cartridges and CISS ink tank." that is, in fact, a lie. What you will receive is six safety-screw-top bottles, six syringes, and six needles. In other words, exactly what we are told we will not receive. What's worse is that when you attempt to return your flagrantly mis-described item, you will be asked foot the cost of shipping. I'm currently challenging this charge, and have no intent to pay it. I'll update this review if my issue is resolved amicably, but for now, I can only suggest that you NOT BUY THIS ITEM.

Alright, so the seller responded to my request for return and refund. Apparently, they NO LONGER SELL the bottles which don't require a syringe. They said I could return these for refund, but I do suppose they're better than nothing. I hate using the syringes, though! I really do. I've done it before, and it's extremely difficult to not make a mess. It's possible to do cleanly with practice, but it's really not easy at all. I was looking forward to this product AS IT'S ADVERTISED, which is to say, it specifically states syringes and needles are not required. That is, quite simply, a lie. As such, my review will remain at 1 star. I consider this a completely unacceptable way to do business.
