These recycled cartridges work just fine in my HP Photosmart. There is one issue, though, which is that the printer can't sense the cartridge's status, meaning how much ink remains in it, so you'll see "unknown" posted next to it on the printer status page. It doesn't seem to affect the printing of a picture or document, but you'll be unable to determine the printers ink status with this brand.
With that one exception, I'd say these are as good as new inks from HP, and at a significantly lower price.

A reman cart. that works OK. Also sold for$20. per pair. My HP 8450 photo printer eates
these for breakfast and I need low cost replacements.
