The first color cartridge I installed did not work. I installed the second and it has printed about 10 color documents am hoping it will continue. The problem for me is that it's not worth having to hassle with a bad cartridge call and complain have to deal with a customer service person and then maybe get what I bought. I want it to work. I don't want to be asked why I didn't call. It's not worth what you have to go through.

Will not work with printer. HP printer knows it's not an original HP cartridge, so won't work with it. Money wasted.

I am not sure what has happened, your ink was working just fine, but the past few orders, the ink is not up to par. The colors are off and the ink is not lasting as long. Not sure what has happed, I am disappointed needless to say. I have couple of them left and I hope that they do not fail me like the last batch.

I do not use this printer very much. But, since I put this color cartridge in the printer a couple of months ago, it still works. Like I say, I don't use this printer very much. But, this color cartridge is working fine so far.
