These cartridges had a folded-up piece of paper included with each one that contained a disclaimer saying that the actual amount of ink may not display on your computer after they were installed. That was true each was displayed as being empty. I can live with that for the most part, given the cost. However, I only got about 10 printed pages off of each one before the printer stopped printing, stating that there was a problem with the black cartridge. The only way I could get it to work again was to insert a new cartridge, but then the exact same thing happened with the new one. Never again.

Might deserve a 5 star rating. This is our second try with remanufactured/refilled ink for our HP printer, the first company we tried (not Sophia) didn't last quickly petered out. This company (Sophia Global) after 3 weeks is still going strong and so far we are very impressed and if it holds out for the second cartage it will deserve a 5 star rating. We defiantly will be buying more from them. The free prime shipping doesn't hurt either.

The First batch worked perfectly so it deserved a bump in the star rating to 5. The only issues with the second order is we had to wipe down the circuit like looking thing at the front of the cartridge before our HP printer recognized it properly.

These cartridges work very well and fit into my printer. They last a long time and the quality of ink is acceptable. FInding the printer number that matches with the correct cartridge was hassel-free. I will definitely be buying these from here on out!

We've found these reliable and MUCH cheaper than the HP products. They work fine in our printer and we've had no problems.

The last two purchases seemed to run out of ink too soon.

I won't be buying them again. The first time they were OK, but the next two weren't.
