I order this product for my office which it was a set a black and color cartridge well the color one work but the black do not so now I am out of my money and still need a black cartridge, I sent an email to get them to replace it but no response

I purchased this cartridge for my fax machine. There is no difference between a brand new one and a remanufactured one except in price. It fits the machine and works.

Why buy an original cartridge and pay double, when you can do the same job with this one for half price? It is for a fax machine, not for a photo copier.
