...after install, printer stated cartridge was empty and I had to run out and get one from an office supply store. Waste of time and very disapointed.

I print professional photographs off of this printer so the quality of the ink needed has got to be supreme. These ink cartridges, other then being completely cheap, are amazing! There is no difference in the quality versus the name brand! The cartridge I got said it expired in 2009 but it works perfectly with no errors. I will definitely recommend this brand to everyone I know!
