I have purchased Stratitec ink products in the past and have been happy with their performance. So, I was disappointed when my ink arrived and it was not Stratitec. In fact the labels just said "Bulk Ink" with no reference to a manufacturer or reseller. Also, everytime I have purchased Stratitec ink it has come with a manual and supplies needed to refill your cartridges; this order, filled by Ink Nova, was just six bottles of ink of unknown origin. The refill ink; cyan, magenta, & yellow matched the manufacturer color

cartridge ink in my eyes. I have refilled my individual ink tanks, CMY with

the refill ink and printed photos on photo paper. They look great. The ink dries well and does not smear. I am happy with this product.

The ink was easy to load, and by looking at my "low ink" warning icon, I could tell which color reservoir matched the replacement ink. The only issue I had, was that the ink arrived with one of the lids slightly loose. A little cleanup was required, but it wasn't a big deal.

...and I'm very pleased with the performance. First let me say I'm not a professional photographer, just an avid hobbiest. I have an 8 color Canon i9900 wide format printer. Over a year ago I got fed up with the high cost of Canon ink, I read alot online regarding using off brand inks and was tentative about trying something else. I bought the Stratitec Refill kit, it comes with 6 colors and provides instructions on mixing the 2 remaining colors for my specific printer. If you follow the instructions anyone should be able to accomplish refilling with little incident. I can't discern any difference in my photos from when I was using genuine Canon ink and I've got a whole lot of jingle left in my pocket that Canon used to get!

I have been refilling my own cartridges for years now. I have never bought this product before until now. The color inks are as good as any other refill kits/bottles I have used in the past. Black ink however is worthless. The color printed is dark shade of gray, not pure black at all.
