Ordered 4 DELL Toners for my 1720dn. Received the packages in estimated time but 2 out of the 4 toners was messy and when it was opened the toner spill all over. I called support and 2 more are on the way. Let's hope the same thing doesn't happen or else I wont be ordering again.

Update: Second order this time around and the package came well protected. I am overall pleased with the product. The prints are clean and sharp. Nice job ! great customer service as well. Blake did not hesitate to send replacements, and that's a plus. I will order again.

Let me just start by saying that I took a chance on this cartridge (as it had no reviews) for two reasons:

-Blake Printing Supply has awesome reviews on their other refurbished products

-Amazon's Prime shipping/returns

As I have had very mixed results with other refilled toner purchases, I bought two. This proved to be an excellent decision. One had a broken seal and had leaked toner to the point that the cartridge was completely encased with powder. Thank you Amazon for an amazing return policy. Easy enough to get it returned for being defective. It's just a shame that they only return for refund instead of replacement, but that is a very minor issue. It's not that difficult to reorder another cartridge.

My second toner works like a charm. The quality of the toner is far above other refurbished cartridges that I have tried on Amazon and eBay. The toner does not leave streaks, rub off and is just as clear as an OEM cartridge. For now, this cartridge is the only one that I will be buying because of its high quality and the easy return policy.

Decided to try some off brand toner as we have always used HP brand. Opened the box and the toner had leaked all over and was broken. It was such a mess we threw it in the garbage without even returning for credit. Would never purchase again.

This Toner Cartridge is every bit as good as the one you can order from Dell and costs a lot less. The ink is clear and legible and the cartridge fit right in just like the original that came with the printer. I haven't had a problem with it and expect to order from this website again for future Toner Cartridge needs.
