This was a great price for this compatible ink. Printer print nice texture prints. The only problem with this ink,(Lexmark 16-10N0016), ink is low after about 25 pages. Need to search for compatible Lexmark 17(black), should get more of ink.

I didn't quickly make the assumption that the ink cartridge was bad. When I first got it, it wouldn't print black AT ALL. Black text was completely missing the paper came out as it went in. So I waited patiently for my sister to bring her black ink by from the same printer that she owns. It worked. Their Lexmark inkjet cartridge didn't work then they put me through a very long process to get a refund, not worth the trouble. I then discovered that Lexmark had gone of of the business, so decided to get a new printer instead a Canon model works OK!P.S. (added later while editing)
Please note that bad experience was with The Factory Depot, which filled my order in March 2013.
EZ-Ink is now filling those orders. I've had experience with EZ-Ink too, and they were prompt to issue a refund when a cartridge didn't work.
Buying these remanufactured Lexmark cartridges is a 50:50 gamble. Maybe you'll get lucky, maybe not. Considering that new printers cost very little these days, that is a wiser way to go (IMO).
