First off, I never refilled any ink cartridge before but I have always wanted to do so just because it's cheaper. I was skeptical like most people and thought I give it a try because my printer has been ink-less for about 1-2 months now. I was surprise to that the process was quick and painless. I did a test print on both my printers and they were what I wanted it to be.
Pros:
-easy instructions.
-quick and simple.
-not messy.
-save money.
-stop wasting ink cartridges.
Cons:
-suggested dispense amount is a little too much. I subtract about 2-3ml from the recommended amount.

I have tried inkjet refills before with less than stellar results. They either make a mess while refilling, leak after, or their color reproduction looks like something by Andy Warhol. This kit came with everything I needed to make the process as mess free as I could hope for. I have experience no issues with excessively leaky cartridges. And I am pleased that I can use it to produce color photos with what appears to be the quality of the factory ink (This is why I wanted to switch to refills in the first place, photos area huge ink sponge)
I suggest if you are not confident that you watch the video on their website which walks you through every step of a pain free refill.
The not so exceptional... I think this ink is sightly thinner than stock. I had to turn down the ink density in printer preferences to keep prints from being to dark. Once done though, prints turned out as well as the original cartridge.

why me no do this long time? i no mind little mess. i have paper towel. follow direction is easy. picture help even person no can read can use. my husband see box with this and that and gloves and needle and no want to do. Me different is easy. print photo and color good balance. I save so much money. many dollars. many many dollars. No hold back on printing color anymore. photo for everyone in holiday picture. One more thing. very very important. middle finger to HP.

This product works well because beside the ink, the kit contains the hardware to do the job right and with the minimum of mess.
