I couldn't be happier...this is the cheapest price I've seen on any remanufactured ink cartridge, the shipping was FAST (and, for this buyer, free deal going on), it came with instructions, and even a clicked-on plastic "guard" to further protect the cartridge head. It also came with an option to send the old one back, so this company can make more (NO problem, take it:) I just printed out my resume, and the printout looks great. I'm buying three more of these, to stock up.

I have been using these cartridges for years and they work and are a lot cheaper then the ones at office depot.

Like all replacement cartridges, my printer does not recognize the ink being full and says so when printing, however, it continues to print and work just fine.
