When I bought this product I was not expecting too much. Most of these products are not good and fail more often than not.

While not perfect this kit does work. It works better than any other reusable ink system I have used.

I will warn you that this system can be messy so keep some paper towels at hand when you use it.

Overall this system has the potential to save you a lot of money over the long run.

This product works as promised, if you are careful not to overfill the inks. Just pay attention to the directions.

One thing though, I wanted pigment inks, that's why I chose this one, when receiving it I found that only the black is pigment, the colors are dye instead. It still served my purpose, but I somehow missed that detail in the product description.

the ink made my printer stop working. put in new cart with real hp ink and all was good again. beware... might work on cheaper printers, Newer HPs no good

I purchased this ink package because I do a lot of printing and the "ink math" only made sense, I followed the instructions for use, they should tell you that you need to inject air into the reservoir (equal to the volume of ink that you will be extracting) or it won't come out. But that didn't take rocket science to figure out. The big problem was that after I charged my ink cartridges, they just would not work. Man, was I disappointed. I primed, re-primed, and attempted to print and it just wouldn't work well. The system seems great...maybe I just got bad ink? In any event I had to replace my cartridge because it no longer worked. I appreciated the return policy, but I really needed a good working solution to my heavy printing. I understand other users had great results, so I just don't understand why mine performed so poorly.
