I just got these and they do not work. I had to align the ink cartridges to my printer, which I attempted to do by printing out the alignment paper and scanning it, but the only ink that seems to work is yellow. I was therefore not able to align the ink cartridges and my printer is now useless. I guess the next best thing is to dump these at Staples cartridge recycling and get a $2 coupon. -_-

I just ran out of ink. I was not sure about buying these. But for the price I could not resist. So I replaced the old with the new, works great very pleased. And you cannot beat the price. I normally pay $42.00 for both. Will buy from EZink from now on. I had them in three days. Very well packaged. Thank you EZink.

I ordered a 2 pack of ink and got it within 3 days. At my local retail stores the average cost was 50.00+. I paid about 15.00. I am extremely happy with product. I definitely will use them again and I have referred several others. You can get triple the amount of ink for the same price from retailers.

I don't believe they are genuine like they say they are. My printer keeps saying cartridge error take out and reinsert or replace. They have only been in for about 2 weeks and I am having to use my other printer that I bought cartridges thru Amazon for and it is working fine. Not sure what to do because I don't have any backup to send these back.

I purchased these cartridges for my HP 1315 All in One Printer. I installed the black cartridge a couple of weeks ago and it works fine, however today I installed the color cartridge and the printer will not work. Keeps giving error messages that "there is something wrong with the color cartridge". After putting the old color cartridge back in the printer works but reminds me that it is low on ink. Tried re-installing the new one several times and keep getting the same error message, so the color unit that was sent to me is DEFECTIVE. I sent a message regarding my problem through Amazon's system and will let all of you know how I am treated by this company. Right now I should not even give this purchase a 1 star.

Update 3/27/2012. I upped my rating to 4 stars based on the fact that the seller was easy to contact via email and was willing to send a replacement cartridge to me in the mail at no cost. I like a seller who stands behind their product and who does not make you "jump through hoops" in order to get in contact with them.
