This cartridge works as well as factory originals and at a much lower cost. After some initial "grumbling" by my HP printer, things always settle down and I am up and running. Savings are substantial and at no noticeable loss in quality.

Even through Amazon, one feels there is a certain risk to using a Marketplace Seller. On the other hand, I am very impressed with Toner Pals. The order was placed late Thursday night, and the cartridges arrived across country (CA to VT) in Monday's mail. The cartridges themselves seem fine, and they are from a re-manufacturer that I have used successfully in the past so I don't expect any problems. Should I have a problem, I believe Toner Pals will be responsive based on the three methods of contacting them they provided with the shipment. Obviously, I am pleased with the purchase and will do business with Toner Pals in the future.

This is the cheapest ink I've ever been able to find and I could never tell the difference between this product or any brand new, off the shelf, "HP Ink". If you like saving money and print lots of documents, than this is for you!
