The product was delivered on time and looked good. I opened the Cyan package, then removed the plastic protection cap and it leaked on me and my carpet. The ink seems to work well so I'm OK with that. But, every time I print something, I see the spots on our white carpet.

I was a little hesitant to order these because the price was so good but I just received them in the mail, loaded them up and all of the colors are printing out just perfect. I had a little trouble with the black at first because it was blurry but I ran several prints and it got better with each copy until finally it is perfect. I highly recommend this product to anyone and will reorder when I run out. By the way the ink is filled to the top so do be careful while you load it.
