I bought thie cartridge because they were HP genuine. After 20 prints I run out of ink and I was surpised because it was supposed to be able to print 300 pages! When I checked my ink status, the printer said it was HP920 INTRO! I ordered and paid for regular ones not INTRO. No wonder why I could print only 20 pages! I am sending them back to AMazon, what a SCAM

This HP ink is a rip off. It advertises that the potential yield is 400+ pages. 40 is more like it. I've tried this, and the XL before it, and neither topped 60 pages before it started to crap out. HP should be ashamed of itself. Save yourself grief and money buy generic ink or get a different printer.

The black ink ran out of ink after i printed four pages.

I also ordered color and its still working fine. I had to go buy new black ink within 3 days of receiving

this product and have not had any problems with the new ink.

I should get a refund.

Amazon beats any prices for retail HP inks! Along with Amazon Prime, the ink arrived promptly and in less than two days. The ink itself is great compared to no name knock off's. Those don't last as long and don't offer the same color saturation. Overall great product.

There is nothing wrong with this product. Packaging is same as you'd buy in the store or from HP. The ink is NOT refilled, it is original package. I will NEVER buy a refill (recycled) ink cartridge again as it gave me nothing but problems. THIS, did have great ink!
