I purchased 2 kits of color toner. First the picture on Amazon displays original HP boxes, although the small print states "Compatible".

It took over ten days to receive the shipment, packaging was excellent, one of the black cartridges was defective. I called for a replacement and was told to ship the edefective cartridge back, wait for their technicians to check it out, then I would get a replacement; turnaround time 3-4 weeks on top of the ten days I already waited. In order to expedite things and get a replacement shipped as soon as possible, my guess another 10 days, they asked for payment by credit card.

I complained to Amazon and returned the entire shipment for a full refund.
