It was perfect. I'm now using the product and it is fit to my fax machine. Ive been looking for this cartridge in malls and some online shopping stores but i couldn't find one, until my friend recommend me to open this site and check, and here i found it. The service is excellent. We really are in need of this ink and shipping says 7 working days but it arrive before the said date. 5 star for that. and now our business resume.
