Ran out of ink way too fast, I purchased from Amazon before but never this product, I don't think I would purchase it again.

They said that even if your printer said that it was out of ink that it would still work anyway. Not my Canon. So I'm sure that it is a good product just that my Canon AIO said no and meant it. I tried modifying the little plastic pieces so that the cartridge would look just like my original Canon cartridge and then it would not fit at all so I just gave up and paid the extra for an authentic Canon cartridge at Office Max.

The shipping and packaging were good and I'm sure customer service might have been helpful if I had called them but after modifying the cartridge I didn't think I could send it back.
