This is an awesome product. ill never run out of ink again. It is very easy to use. i made some spills but because i ddidn't know how to use it.

after learning how to use this product you will save tons of money since i bought it i have use it in many things since i do invitations for sale i still have not run out of ink

these are better then the original cartridges. I had individual cartridges, but, this is the way to go. No mess and a nice generous reservoir of ink. Quality product. I had a problem with one of the breather ports being broke when it came. I contacted customer service and within 3 days had a replacement no questions asked. If everyone selling products treated their customers with speed and respect as this seller does it would be a better world. You guys are great!!!!
