in the product review tell you is a 6 packs and they have all 4 colors, but they only send you 3 colors, two of each color except black, when installing the inks one ink came all out, then after I installed the inks I print 3 pictures and on my printer monitor is already saying that my new inks are more than half down (empty) with 3 prints??? definitely not happy, shows good price but not enough printing.

Order came promptly except they sent a different number item. After replacing all colors and black and they wouldn't work. When I contacted them, they said it was a high capacity. After trying multiple cartridges, I notified them that it still wouldn't work. They then replaced with the T0691-94. But I did order 2 sets, and they only replaced one order. I notified them, but never heard back.

Not needing any more black ink cartridges,I was pleased to see color packs for sale. On receipt of my order,I was upset( no--Angry !) that I had received only 3 color cartridges and 3 black ink packs. Exactly what I did not want! The ads claims and picture were not just misleading;they were untrue.

Works like the Real Manufactures Ink does. I have not had a single problem with these ink cartridges. Have been using them to make color brochures and training manuals on photo quality setting. Nice and smooth print. Will purchase again.
