Let me start by saying I am all ways leary of buying remanufactured ink. But unlike ones I have bought in the past these actualy work! It even shows my ink level. One happy costumer.

The entire order was delivered in a timely manner, and worked perfectly with my printer. I was happy to find an alternative to the brand name inks that are so costly.

One color cartridge failed early. The second one seems to be doing OK.

They were low cost to begin with, but I expected this to work better than it did. I will probably give them another try if the second cartridge works out OK. Much less expensive than the OEM ink.

Follow up on 11/9/2013. The second cartridge failed shortly after it was installed. I was contacted by Sophia Global to arrange for 2 replacements. The replacements were shipped in a timely manner and the first replacement cartridge is still working well after several weeks of moderate use. Overall, I would say I am very pleased with their responsiveness to a customer complaint and I will definitely give them another try once I need replacement ink. The OEM ink from HP is just too expensive.

I ordered two cartridges and one had minor damage to the housing. I have installed the damaged cartridge and so far all printing has been as good as the OEM cartridges.

I received the cartridges very quick. 1 cartridge worked without any issues. However, my printer did not recognize the 2nd cartridge. I called the company and they sent out a replacement immediately. No problems with the 2nd one. Definitely would recommend and will buy from this company again.
