I ordered a NEW Lexmark 16 black ink cartridge. I was sent some re-manufactures POS! Nowhere in their copy does the vendor indicate that this is anything other than a new Lexmark cartridge. I will be filing a complait. I expect information to return this re-ferbed junk at the seller's expense and a NEW Lexmark cartridge, as advertised, to be sent to me at no charge!

After trying refurbished and different brands of print cartridges, I will only buy authentic print cartridges. The refurbished cartridges that I bought leaked and didn't last as long as the authentic.

I Thought it was factory made, but it wasn't when I opened it ink was all over it.

I ordered two inks a n16 and n26 of the two n16 was the only one to work.So I guess you could say I am lucky at least one of them worked. The n26 (color) did not work at all so had to send it back.The only ink I have know is n16 (black).Not a happy waited to long and not to have both inks work very sad :(
