These cartriges were shipped very quickly, arrived much faster than expected, and shipping was extremely reasonable. We only purchase the black but we will definitely be getting the color cartriges also.

Initially when I installed the cartriges I did not get the usual "Genuine HP Cartrige!" message, but I did received some minor error message so minor in fact that I pushed the "cancel" button and once the printer started it worked flawlessly and I never again thought about what it may have said. It was truly so insignificant that for the value and incredible savings of these cartriges it was little more than a fleeting thought.

We have been using the first cartrige (out of the three purchaed) now for 1-2 months and have not noticed any difference whatsoever between these catriges and originals from HP and we print a lot (and often).

We haven't experienced any problems at all and we will continue to purchase these (and the color cartriges as well), as long as they're available.

I decided to go with aftermarket ink in order to save a few bucks, I did save a few bucks. So far, the first of three that I opened and tried to install into my HP Office Jet All In One Printer didn't quite work perfectly. It would never completely align right and all the pages that were printed were distorted enough so the page was unreadable. I put in the second one hoping that maybe the first one was a dud. Luckily, I was right. The second has worked better, but not like a true HP replacement product. The ink is much less noticeable on the page and it just looks cheap. I still have one more to use and I don't know if that one will work correctly. I guess if you are looking to print drafts or just inconsequential stuff then these cartridges are perfect. If you're looking for the real thing then buy the HP replacements.

I bought this product from greattoners. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product I received. 3-pack Black HP 96 C8767WN Remanufactured Ink Cartridges for HP DeskJet DeskJet 5740 6540 Only one of 3 cartridges was good. The second one had problems from the day I put it in. It probably was dry since it did not print solid black even on printer alignment page. The third cartridge was ok in the beginning but ran out of ink in 3 weeks with minimal usage. For comparison, genuine HP cartridges last me for, at least, 3 months, and my printing volume does not fluctuate. I TRIED CONTACTING THE SELLER BUT THEY SAID IT WAS OVER 90 DAYS. Maybe normally 90 days return policy works but I believe this is a different situation. It's not like you can test all 3 cartridges upon receipt, and then save for a later use. Did they expect me to go through 3 CARTRIDGES IN 90 DAYS? I will not buy remanufactured cartridges again. I've had good experience with Costco refills, and this is the route I will be taking from now on.

Instead of paying the ridiculous prices being charged for HP ink cartridges I bought 3 black and 2 color (HP96 and 97) for less than $30! They are working great and color quality is as good as the $60 HP97

There is a problem however....I just tried to use the final cartridge I received and my OfficeJet 7210 will not accept it. Cannot read functions. I need a replacement

I expected them to work, and they did. Loaded and clean. Will probably keep this vendor in mind for both color and B & W. See my review of the color for the same machine.
