I bought cheap, allegedly "compatible" ink sticks for my first replacement, and noticed a marked decrease in print quality when printing multiple sheets double-sided. There were black specks on many pages. (but not all, and the pattern is not predictable) It looked like ink leftovers were stuck to the drum and randomly stuck to subsequent pages like snow.

It was a marked decrease from the high quality of the original, OEM xerox ink sticks. Unfortunately, to get good quality (and I use it for business, so quality is important) you apparently HAVE TO get the proprietary ink. The OEM ink is simply better. (Darn it!)

I gave 4 stars because of the high print quality of the OEM ink sticks, which IMO does live up to the manufacturer's claims, and subtracted one because of the EXTREME markup in price.

The product I ordered came in as expected and is working properly with our printer. It is helpful to get all 4 colors at once with a discounted price and a single shipping cost. I would not hesitate to order from this vendor again.

Only giving 4 stars because the price is still too much and raising!

If only I could just melt crayons or something, but either or, you must use their ink or else suffer clogs and spots from so called compatible inks if you use your Xerox Solid printer as a business model. I cannot send sheet with spots and lines.

I word to Xerox, please lower the price or I will sell the Solid system and purchase a toner system that I know I can use off brand toners at 1/3 the cost.

The ink cartridges I received were cleary marked " Intended for Sale in Asia". The cartridges have a slightly different shape and the colors do not match the ones I purchased at a local Office Depot. It is possible these are not Xerox products at all, rather knock-offs. Buyer Beware in regards to this vendor.

I had a real problem with my 8560 printer after using some cheaper LD branded ink in it. Thinks were all stopped up and I was afraid the printer was a goner. I had to run the cleaning cycle multiple times until all the old ink was pushed through. Now I once again get clean sharp prints without clogged jets. Saving a bit can cost you big time.

The boxes I received are original with hologram, but I think destined for the Asian market, not that I care, so long they are original and work fine.
