Im giving this product 3.5 stars because Im not sure if the problem Im having is with the cartriage or my printer. My printer seems to have trouble reading the cartriage. I have used remanufactered cartriages before without have any problem, but this one is having problems. I have to trick my printer into printing by putting the original in first, however, that doesnt work long. Printer works fine with other cartriages.Ive given up on the cartriages and decided it cheaper to by a new printer whenever I run out of ink instead of going thru the hassel of trying to get your printer to read a unknown cartriage. Service was prompt, but I decide it was less of a hassel to replace the printer than return the cartriage.

They fit and work fine, however.. it keeps telling me that my cartridge is empty. Even after I initially put it in. It still prints fine, so I'm not sure if the printer doesn't recognize the cartridge or if I received one that is running out of juice!

Went through the alignment procedure. Printed a couple of pages and now the lights are back on. Don't think the print quality is very good compared to the OEM brand

While the ink cartridge is filled with ink, the printer does not read the ink cartridge so EVERY time you go to print the computer prompts you that you are out of ink and to replace the ink cartridge. It also seems like these cartridges do not last as long as the more important printer brands.

Printed a few things and ran out of ink. More of a pain to return than worth it to go through the process.
