I'm sorry to write this, but I bought these for my fax machine, and when I put one of the new ones in, my machine tells me "out of ink, replace". I shook it, and did everything I could think of, and still won't work. It looks exactly like the one I took out, both of them do, but they will not work in my machine. It won't even let me make a copy of anything. I'm not sure, but I think one of them was used and refilled with ink, but the other was still in box, and even it won't work. So sorry. I had to go to a store and buy one at a much higher cost, and it works. So sorry.

The strip on the cartridge where the internal instructions to the printer tore off and thus the cartridge was not useable. Probably too long on the shelf -my loss.

compatibilty problems and leakage problems. would not purchase again but remember HP products are picky about ink cartridges so I think I would just refill originals

I received technical support from Foreverlast Store to try to make it works, however after to attempt on the troubleshooting steps, the printer still show as out of ink.
