The ad says Genuine OEM in two places and NOT OEM in one place. Is it OEM or not? This company is either dishonest or incompetent.

I originally left a one star review, since the ad had called for 12 and I had received only 6. Contacted shipper and the additional 6 were sent at once, and I have now received. Of the first six, have used three so far, all have worked fine; my Epson R280 read them promptly.
