This item came quickly and was packaged in a strong plastic bag with the black cartridges I ordered. They worked well until my printer kept saying the cartridges were not good for my printer! I keep working at it but I guess my printer driver is having issues! All in all the cartridge is probably fine-they don't smear or print poorly.

my printer would not read this cartridge. it was a waste of good money. I have used this same cartridge in the past and it done fine

It works fine once you reboot your HP printer enough times to make it quit rejecting this cartridge. Naturally HP wants to sell you their expensive ink, but this one works well.
