My first set(I got 2 of each) worked flawlessly(with exception of the printers"not genuine ink dialogue crap").Now onto the second set and WHOAHHHHH !!! My printing stopped abruptly ! After wasting basically ALL of the inks trying to get them to work I contacted the seller(which I give them 6 stars for stellar customer service !!!) and they quickly sent me replacement inks plus a few free ones for my time and aggravation !!!

The new ones worked as the first ones thankfully.

BOTTOM LINE:Give these guys and their ink a chance !

JUST BE SURE to get multiple sets as the printer manufacturers make it as difficult as possible to thwart the efforts of third party ink manufactures from taking their business !

Thus: sometimes the third party inks simply won't work. For the price though just toss em and replace(without the OMG these are expensive feeling) the cartridge.

I have since ordered ink from these fellas for other printers without incident.

I do a lot of printing, and the quality of what I print is pretty important. I'm pretty picky.

After doing some searching, I found this pack of ink cartridges for my Epson Stylus NX305 and thought I'd give it a shot since, with shipping, this pack costs about as much as one Epson-branded cartridge. Shipping took a while, but the wait was well worth it. When I compare a printed page using the Epson ink compared to this ink, it's nearly identical. Haven't had any streaking, bad output, nothing of the sort.

Contrary to some reviews, I didn't have a problem with the cartridges being recognized. I was actually in the middle of a print job when I ran out of Epson ink. Popped one of these in, and it printed perfectly on the very first page. Highly recommended!

I bought a set of these almost a year ago right here at Amazon and had some problems until I finally figured out what the problem was. When you get the cartridges, they have been tossed and turned every which way except right side up. When I figured that out, I took all the cartridges and tapped them several times hitting one hand with the cartridge held in the other hand. Then I stored them on the shelf the same way they would go in my printer. Once they had set on the shelf for at least a day, I never had any problems printing with them. If you try to use them immediately after getting the package, you'll waste all of your ink running the head cleaning routine. I went through at least 4 or 5 cartridges before I figured it out. The quality of the ink is excellent and I don't see any difference between printing 8 x 10 color prints with these cartridges and factory cartridges. In fact since last Dec 11, 2011, with 2 packs of these I have printed about 2000 8 x 10 color prints, besides some letters and receipts. My only problem is I have 5 black cartridges left and don't need 4 more. I'd rather have 3 more color than 4 more black.

So before you ever try to print, shake the ink down and store the cartridges right side up for a day or more. Remember, the cooler the temperature is where you store them, the longer it will take for the ink to drain down to where it needs to be.

For those who say the cartridges can't be recognized by their printer, I also ran into that but it turned out that a second cartridge had run out just as I stopped to replace the first one so be sure and check your printer display screen and make sure another empty cartridge is not the problem. When one of these runs out, the display says it doesn't recognize any of them but as soon as the empty (or empty(s) is replaced, they are recognized.

WARNING THIS REVIEW WILL BE VERY LONG AND DETAILED, SO IF YOU DON"T WANNA READ IT ALL JUST SKIP IT! :o)

First, some background info:

I've used every printer brand over the last 15 years and have always turned to remanufactured cartridges after the "free" ones that come with the printer run out...currently I'm using an Epson NX515 AIO (all-in-one). I've used ink refill and CIS (Continous Ink Supply) kits as well. I've had remanufactured cartridges that were exceptional, and some that were a rip-off. I know all of the "tips & tricks" to getting the most out of your ink and how to fix most minor printer problems and malfunctions. I own an ink chip resetter and am able to reset the chips on my cartridges to fix the "ink not recognized" (or similar) error messages that always come up when trying to use remanufactured cartridges. Anything written in this review is MY OPINION and I'm entitled to it. I'm not writing anything in this review to come off as "smarter-than-thou" but rather to show that I have a good understanding of the product in question and hopefully to help other average consumers like myself!

By the way, EVERY printer brand will reject Non-OEM inks at some point, it's written in their software. They want you to buy their ink because A) It's super expensive and that's how they recoup their money from selling cheap printers and B) They collect information about your printer and ink usage...well HP and Epson do at least. Don't believe me? Find the most inexpensive printer that you can, look up what cartridges it uses, and then find out how much those cartridges cost. Odds are, that $30 printer uses 2 cartridges, one black and one tri-color; and with tri-color your better off just burning your money because, let's say you run out of yellow ink, but the cyan and magenta are still half full. Well, that's just too bad because now the cartridge won't work and you need to get another, even though there is still plenty of the other color(s) left. And if the printer does use individual inks, odds are you're spending $30-$40 just to replace the colors and another $10-$30 to replace the black...that $30-$60 printer isn't such a good deal now huh?

About the Seller (CartridgeWarehouse):

I wanted to order two of these 13 cartridge sets, but I didn't need 6 of each color so I contacted the seller and asked if it would be possible to customize the set. In my case, I needed 9 Black, 8 Magenta, 6 Cyan, and only 3 yellow. CartridgeWarehouse was quick to respond to my request and they said it wouldn't be a problem; all I had to do was e-mail them after I placed my order and give them my order number and the quantity of each color I wanted. Well, I ordered the sets but forgot to e-mail them right away. I ended up e-mailing them the next day, apologizing for my forgetfulness, and they immediately e-mailed me back informing me that although my order was already packed they were able to find it and fix it JUST before the order shipped. SCORE! Kudos to CartridgeWarehouse for awesome customer service! I received my order in 3 business days...super fast considering S&H was FREE for these sets...double SCORE!

About the cartrdiges:

After reading (and commenting) on almost every review for these cartridges, I was convinced that most people just don't know the proper way to store and use remanufactured cartridges. So, I decided to order these anyway, despite all the negative reviews, and try them myself. Normally, the first thing I do with my remanufactured cartridges is hold them right side up, the same way I would insert them into my printer, and lightly tap them on my desk. Then, I let them sit right side up for at least 24 hours in my office before I use them. I also reset the chips on my remanufactured ink cartridges BEFORE I even insert them into my printer for the first time, just to avoid getting that stupid "Please insert genuine ink" message while I'm in the middle of printing something out. I can't tell you how many premium quality photo pages I've had to throw away because of that stupid message popping up after the picture was half printed...ugh, so annoying!

Anyway, I didn't do any of that this time but instead, I just inserted them right into the printer...I was curious to see how well these performed without doing any of my "prep work". After printing two 8x10 photos and six photo Christmas cards, I got the dreaded error message in the middle of printing my seventh card. When will these third party ink manufacturers learn to reset the ink chips correctly? LOL So, I took out the cartridges, reset the chips, and replaced them back in the printer. I finished printing the rest of my Christmas cards (a total of fifty 4x8, premium quality, glossy photo cards) without a problem. I used the second highest print setting because I wanted them to look really good but not use ALL of my ink in one shot. The quality of this ink from CartridgeWarehouse is great! The colors are bright, crisp and didn't run or bleed causing the pictures to look blurry or muddled like some other remanufactured inks I've used. Also, there were no streaks, usually caused by air bubbles from the cartridges not sitting straight during storage/shipping....I was impressed! I then printed out 10 pages worth of coupons from Coupons.com using crappy, all-purpose, copy paper using the "normal" print quality setting. The coupons printed OK. The colors were fine and again, no bleed or streaks. Just FYI, THE QUALITY/TYPE OF PAPER YOU USE DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE! It doesn't matter if you're using OEM or remanufactured ink, using a cheap paper will always produce inferior results no matter what!

All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase. After printing a lot of stuff I still have a decent amount of ink left in each of the cartridges, especially considering the amount of color used for my Christmas cards. As I continue to use these cartridges I will update this review if I run into any problems, but from what I've seen so far, it SHOULD be smooth sailing.

Oh, and if you read all of this, THANK YOU! I take my time to write what I consider "proper" reviews so that I can help the average consumer, like me, make a well informed decision and hopefully some of the tricks I use will help you in your "ink replacement quest"! Good luck, God Bless, and Merry ChrismaKwanUkkah...in other words, Happy Holidays! LOL :op

I bought this a couple of months ago because it has become impossible to get the original cartridges in Colombia, where I live, and I am not ready to get rid of a good printer just because it has a bad sales representative in the country. The case is that I wasn't expecting as good quality as I got; for the ones I have used so far, they are the same as the Epson originals. As for the service from 123Getink, I have only good things to say. I had a little problem with the addres I gave for delivery and they were always ready to help me solve it, and also willing to provide information regarding my order.

I recommend both the product and the seller. You can be sure I will be coming back when I need more cartridges.
