first, the wrong size ink was sent. then the next time, the plastic cover on the ink was impossible to remove on one of the cartridges and i got ink all over my hands trying to pull it off. was it old?

I really like the product. The ink last me approximately 6 months. This is as good as the original but cheaper. This is my second order with this company. I will definitely order from them again.
