I cant notice a difference at all between this product and what I buy from the store.

I did have to write customer service an email because all the cartridges were not being read by my printer. They told me all I had to do was turn off the printer for 10 minutes then restart it and reload the new cartridges. Worked perfect after I did that.

I am an art student so i need to constantly print onto material and paper. I go through tons of ink and this manufacturer has great ink for a low price, love this company

These were a big waste of time and money I would not buy from them again. The Epson printer didn't recognize the cartrages.

I have had more than one incident where my ink cartridges could not be recognized by my printer, or I was told to replace the cartridge even though it was still full, or just replaced a short time prior. My other complaint with this company is that they are misrepresenting that these are REAL ND brand cartridges and this is not so. There's another company that is the only true seller of the ND brand of cartridges, and they did not say ONE WORD against MPC, only that I should report them if I received an ink cartridge from MPC and it was stated as an ND that it was a fake one and to report it. I wanted to give MPC the benefit of the doubt, so I purchased from both companies and BOY was there a significant difference between the two. I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH MPC AGAIN, I AM NOW STUCK WITH CARTRIDGES THAT REALLY ARE SOME TIMEY AT BEST!

Installed the cartridges last weekend. I use my printer every day and so far I can't see any difference between this product and the Epson cartridges I normally buy. Have to wait & see if they last as long but I expect they will. Great product at a great price.
