On July 18,2012 I ordered two HP 920 ink remanufactured cartridges from Abacus @ Amazon but when I received them they were both leaking probabably due to shipping. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me two replacements at no charge. I am very happy with the product and the response from this company and would recommend them and their product

Ordered D@J HP 920XL black cartridge from Estoreimport but did not receive the D@J product. The label on the cartridge is different than shown on-line & the product is junk.

I've installed dozens of cartridges in this printer, HP originals & remanufactured, and never had any problems in the past.

To start with it leaked into my printer & made a mess to clean up.

Additionally, it would not print pages leaving most if not all pages BLANK or barely readable. This went on for about 50 pages and is now printing normally.

The reason I bought the B@J product is the reviews it received vs. other remanufactured cartridges.

I will contact Amazon to report this supplier. DO NOT BUY FROM ESTOREIMPORT. THEY SUBSTITUTED A PRODUCT THAT DIDN'T WORK.

Ink cartridge seems to work well, even reads the quantity of ink remaining in the cartridge. Many of the refills

wouldn't read the ink level.

Day one the cartridge printed poorly. Day 2 Today after allowing it to sit out of sealed package and removing a little bit more of top tag (in area of product description) I was able to get the cartridge to print.
