Ordered from seller: PC Ink. Items arrived quicker than expected, especially since it was during the holidays (ordered 12/19, shipped 12/20, arrived 12/27). So, I was pleased with this part of my transaction.

I ordered 2 twin packs of ink; each package should have contained 1 color and 1 B&W cartridge. Instead I received only 4 of the white inner boxes, without the outer packaging. Athough, the original package was opened it appears that the boxes were still sealed.

The cartridge expiration dates are usually noted on the packaging which was not included (maybe this is why they were removed). However, the dates are also stamped directly on the cartridges. In my case, all 4 had expiration dates in 2008 (over 2 years past expiration).

I've installed and tested all of the cartridges, as I have 2 identical printers. They appear to be working fine, but time will tell whether they will last as long as fresher ones. I've had past success using cartridges well past their expiration dates, which is why I took a chance on this.

The cost on these was nearly 50% of Amazon's price, so if they last, I will purchase again from this seller. I would have rated this 5 stars, if the seller had disclosed in advance that these were expired cartridges. It seems a little deceptive that they did not mention it, as well as the fact that they were not actually twin packs. If they guarantee they will work and will replace any which do not, they should be be a little more forthcoming about what they are selling.

I'm not very happy with the purchase of the original HP 45/23 ink combo and paid a lot of money for it as well. The colored ink prints in orange only with streaks running through it.

I am sorry to have to say that I am not entirely pleased with the products which I received in the mail I have purchased a "Combo Pack," 45/23 cartridges in a single package, in a store so I know what it is supposed to look like. What I received in my Amazon order was NOT a Combo Pack. What I did receive were 2 ink cartridges in 2 separate packages AND what is worse, each package looked like it had been shuffled about for a long time: one box had a white label slapped onto it that included the date "6/27/08" printed on it, and the box was smeared and worn-looking here and there. The other box had a crushed corner, bent packing at the top and had little dirty ink smears here and there. So, I am feeling that when I do need to install them in my printer I need to have a set of NEW cartridges on hand just in case these cartridges do not "work." So, no, I am not very satisfied. Sorry.

These are genuine HP ink cartridges...they work okay for my older printer although they seem to run out rather quickly. I don't know if HP is filling cartridges with less ink; I hadn't noticed the quantity levels. Even with lower online price, it still seems to be high priced. I will now compare quantities carefully for future purchases.
