These re-manufactured cartridges were half the price of new yet their print quality is every bit as good as new. There was a minor problem with one of the 3 cartridges in shipping (leaked out some of the ink), but vendor (Sophia Global) not only gave me money back for the leaky cartridge, they sent me 3 more cartridges for free! I'll certainly use Amazon/Sophia Global as my print cartridge supplier from now on.

Before placing an order for my ink cartridges I was careful to review peoples' experiences with the companies I was considering to buy re-manufactured cartridges from. This particular seller had excellent reviews so I placed an order, however, upon receiving them I discovered two of the three cartridges did not work correctly. Given my experience with these type cartridges I was able to determine the problem appears to be the built-in print head that was faulty.

Many ink cartridges have separate print heads from the actual ink cartridges but these type have the print head incorporated into the ink cartridge as an all-in-one unit. This is an efficient design but if the cartridge gets refilled too many times the print head begins to show signs of banding and/or poor print performance, which appeared to be the case with two of the three cartridges I received. All three cartridges were individually packaged and sealed and all had plastic ink cartridge "clips" in place to prevent leakage during storage or shipping.

In the business of re-manufactured ink cartridges it's understandable this is gonna happen sometimes so it wasn't a big deal when I discovered this to be the problem. As good of a seller as they may be it's feasible you could receive an ink cartridge that has been refilled a few too many times. In my case I happened to get two of them this way. I simply returned the order and they promptly fully refunded my purchase. Amazon also made the return process a very simple process as well. Just a couple clicks and I was done.

Many people would likely rate the seller poorly if this happened to them but I happen to understand when dealing with these type of ink cartridges it can happen rather easily so it wasn't a big deal to me. Plus, the seller promptly refunded my purchase and paid for return shipping and even had UPS come by my house to pick it up so I didn't even have to go out to ship it off. That's good service in my opinion and I feel warrants at least four stars. I would have given five stars had the ink cartridges worked properly but I have to at least hold them partially to blame for not thoroughly testing the cartridges before sealing and packaging them for stock before shipment.

I read some of the review that these didn't work and messed up printers, but I just put them in and they worked great. I didn't see a difference in color quality either. I would recommend these over the overpriced manufacturer once.

After reading numerous reviews on other re-manufactured cartridges, I was skeptical. I figured though, for the price you can't beat them. I gave them a go and I must say I'm impressed! I have an ink fill kit and I just can't get them to print good colors after I refill them. So really my black cartridge works fine, but it was the color I was after. I'm very happy with this as it was seriously a third the price of new ones, half the price of other re-manufactured and every bit as good as new. I'll be back:)

These carridges were dry. I tried to shake them up and down and placed them back into the printer and nothing was printing, no black or color ink was working. I'm sad I purchased these. I would not recommend this to anyone.
