The ink is a cheaper alternative than the official canon cartridges. It works and does not have compatibility issues with ink level notifications. I would recommend this product for canon pixma wireless mx340 printers. Now lets hope black works.

update canon alert says low ink levels still, but it works fine. awesome price compared to other types of ink.

I was pleasently surprised with how quickly the cartridge arrived! Installed it and it is performing quite well. However,be aware your printer software will continue to note that you are out of ink as the software cannot "read" the cartridge as being installed. Beyond that,this is an excellent value abouve the really expensive direct replacement cartridge..I do recommend it.
