That's about all I can say that this ink has going for it. If you want accuracy in colors, buy the real deal. These are cheap and you get what you pay for. The manufacturer should thank Epson for charging $16-20+ per cartridge so they can sell this REALLY cheap knock off.

These replacement cartridges just arrived in the mail today. I spent considerable time this afternoon trying to make the ink work. My printer told me essentially that the cartridges weren't OEM and therefore couldn't be used (it then told me that no cartridges were in the machine). I searched the internet for solution but none of the suggested fixes worked. In frustration, I decided I'd wasted enough time and that I'd return the ink. It was at that point that I notices a small piece of paper in the package that had instructions on what to do if the cartridges aren't recognized by the printer. They instructed me to ...

1. Remove all ink cartridges from the printer

2. Switch off the printer

3. Unplug the power cord from the outlet

4. Wait for 5 minutes

5. Plug the power cord back in

6. Turn on the printer and then replace the ink cartridges when requested by the printer

7. Run a head cleaning and realignment routine through the printer menu

I went through the steps expecting that it wouldn't work, but in fact IT DID! My printer is now recognizing the ink cartridges and it's printing great. Good product at a GREAT price once you follow the instructions that the seller sends with the ink!

I had a received a faulty product. I contacted support and provided them with my information and my problem. After installing the product and cleaning the heads, there's was only 5% ink left. I didn't know if it was an issue with my printer or the product (suspected the later) and I emailed for advise. Let's face it, it could have been a problem with my printer. Regardless, one half an hour later I receive an email stating they they were sorry and were mailing me a replacement today and I would receive the tracking number later that day. I received the replacement in 72 hours.

So the bottom line is, they were prompt with the initial order, didn't hesitate in replacing product and the prices are good. I will order again.
