The first cartridge was dead on arrival only the yellow ink printed. I did note that there was not film on the print heads that all other cartridges had.

The company responded very quickly to send a replacement cartridge (arrived with the film attached) and it works great. They sent the cartridge FIRST CLASS mail so it arrived 3 days after I contacted them.

I'd order from them again.

I bought this cartridge, figuring it would be as mediocre as the ones I currently purchase at a local gigantic retail store (rhymes with BallHeart). I've had obscenely horrendous luck with remanufactured cartridges, and those fill-it-yourself kits NEVER seem to work for me.

I was happily surprised. This remanufactured cartridge is superb, and costs a third of what I've been paying!

TonerPals shipped this thing so fast, I was amazed. I think it arrived at my mailbox in 3 days or less.

I would definitely buy ink from them again.
