My HP 950 would not print and a message kept appearing saying "please install color cartridge." Now I had the name brand color cartridge in there from a while ago so I wasn't sure what was causing this message. I never print in color so I just thought if I left the color cartridge in it wouldn't matter if it was empty or not. I tried cleaning and replacing the old cartridge but it didn't fix the problem. I purchased this color cartridge and it fixed the problem. Everything works great now.

I have read reviews regarding the use of refilled/re-manufactured ink cartridges and the pitfalls that can be associated with using them, but decided to try them and see how they worked in older printers that were not under warranty, and find they are okay in my estimation. No leaking or smudging as warned, so am perfectly satisfied with this supplier and plan to use this brand again when needed.

received color cartridge and ink was smeared on paper even though I cleaned it and shook it etc. Requested replacement and it was just as bad, had to return both items. wasted a lot of paper in the process...
