I ordered two identical cartridges and received two different cartridges. One in a green box and a bigger one in a blue box.
The wrong one, I had to return by driving to a UPS store to send it back.
Then, when I needed to use the other one, I quickly found it to be defective and leaking ink, and had to make another trip to the UPS store to return it, as well.
I must give Amazon thanks for making the refund easy, but if the company selling the ink had filled the order correctly and with cartridges that weren't wrong and/or defective, I would have been much happier.

Installed cartridge into my Fax Machine (Sharp UX-B700) and the machine did not know that a cartridge had been installed. After troubleshooting as per Sharp's recommendations I could not get it to work. Returned item for refund.

Did not work. the ink cartridge was not working. when printing, the page came out blank. maybe the ink has dried.
