I can't tell yet how long it will last, and I wish there were some fully functional alternatives that were not subject to HP price controls. But it will suffice.

Only installed recently so cannot state performance of entire cartridge, so far product seems very good and functioning well will have to wait until completely used up to determine if the XL version lasts much longer than the standard ink cartridge as advertised.
