The black ink leaded and didn't print. The color inks printed fine. I have no idea why this happened, but in short the black ink didn't print.

The black cartridge did not work at first, but the company contacted me and sent me a replacement free of charge. The replacement black cartridge works great now. Also the color cartridges worked fine the first time. I was very impressed how quickly they responded to me and how dedicated they were to provide me with a working cartridge. My printer is a Lexmark Intuition S505.
