You never know when you purchase refills what you're going to get. I've had leaks, half fills, and disappointing quality. But I'm very happy to say that I've finally found a vendor that I'll stick with for future refills. I used these for wedding photo reprints and a bunch of very colorful scenic photos and I couldn't be happier with the quality.

I HAVE PURCHASED INK CARTRIDGES OF BOTH THE REGULAR AND XL TYPES FROM SOPHIA GLOBAL AND HAVE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFICULTY WITH THEM. THEY ARE OF GOOD QUALITY AND PRODUCE EXCELLENT PRINTING UNTIL STARTING TO RUN OUT OF INK AND THEN PRINTING ONLY FADES A LITTLE BIT AND NOT BE AS SHARP AS NORMAL PRINTING. I HAVE, AND WILL CONTINUE, TO PURCHASE FROM SOPHIA GLOBAL, DESPITE A TEN PERCENT INCREASE IN THE COST OF THE XL CARTRIDGES. IT IS STILL A FANTASTIC BUY. THE ONLY DRAWBACK TO THESE CARTRIDGES, IF ANY, IS THAT THEY DO NOT SHOW INK LEVELS, WHICH IS A FUNCTION OF THE CHIP USED BY THE MANUFACTURER AND NOT REUSEABLE.

I bought these cartridges because I thought they had a very good price. Unfortunately I made the experience that "You get what you pay for" applies here. I had planned to print out a 21-page power point presentation that needed to have a perfect look. So I put both a brandnew originally packed color and black cartridge in my printer before starting this project and started printing. The first pages looked spectacular and I was very satisfied. However, after page 8 was through my printer gave me "low ink" alert. First I blamed the printer and thought this was a malfunction as these are not original HP cartridges afterall. Well it was not; page 9 and 10 still printed out fairly decent but pages 11 and 12 were already not usable anymore.

I am deeply disappointed with the overall results these cartridges showed. I would have expected to be able to print at least 20 pages with these cartridges. 10 pages with 2 brand new cartridges is, in my opinion strictly substandard!

I will never buy cartridges from this company again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
