Had tried generic cartridges prior to this purchase but had a lot of trouble getting then to be read by our printrer properly so I bought these 'genuine' Epson ones thinking they would work as they are supposed to. Turns out the magenta one was a dud. Will never buy ink online anymore because of all the problems. You just can't trust online sites offering discount ink to have quality products. The money you think you're saving ends up costing you more when you have to go out to the store to replace the ones you just bought online. Since this is the second time we've had trouble with an online purchase while never having trouble with a store purchase I think we'll spend the extra couple dollars at the store to save the hassle.

I received the ink cartridges quickly enough, but they were not recognized by my Epson printer. After many attempts, I called Epson support and they tried to help me, but it was the "genuine" Epson cartridges that the printer refused to recognize. Epson is sending me a replacement, but it will be likely a problem next time I try to replace another color. I don't recommend these.

Problems with these do not show until 1-2 weeks later. That's strange! The printer recognized and worked well at first, but 2 weeks later magenta, then cyan, yellow were not recognized by the printer. Bad experiences with not only this set of ink. Better go to stores. Lower price becomes more expensive!

Great price for this ink. Unfortunately, some of the colors fail much too quickly. I have decided it is better to pay the Epson store twice the price to get ink that actually works.

Poor service-two bad cartridgesI received wrong replacements-called again and was LIED to. I was told that couldn't replace the cartridges with new ones because they weren't available although they are still advertised .They just credited my account for the 2 bad ones which is an unsatisfactory solution as I still didn't have a full complement of cartridges .I will not be doing any more business with this company.
