I opened the first of two cartridges I purchased, and it seemed lighter than the old one I pulled out of my printer. The reason became obvious when I tried printing a test page. The new replacement cartridge was totally dry! I swapped it out for the second replacement cartridge and at least that one worked. 50% D.O.A. is lousy, hence one lousy star. I won't order from them again.
