My NX400 had been working fine with generic ink as long as I had the status monitor disabled. But recently it was saying my ink was not genuine and refused to do anything until I put "genuine" ink in. I figured this ink would be a gamble, but it works! The status monitor is enabled now and reports all ink is made by Epson! And now I can actually SEE how much ink is really left and refill with cheap little bottles!

I had to press kinda hard to make it snap in. Also a little ink came out the airhole. But I like that the snap has a metal spring in it.

Ordered 4 pack for Epsion Workforce 610 says it works it won't. Then ordered this 5 pack says it also works. But no it won't. Could be because I keep all of my updates current. Some printer Co's have installled fix to fix you from useing after market ink. Go figure they want your money for ever and ever if not they will punish you. Oh I'm not parnoid either. I just like to make my choice as to who I buy from. Good quick customer service from seller

I you want high quality print. DO NOT buy it.

This cartridge give me terrible text print quality. Even worse, it will randomly block a few nozzles of my printer. I have to put Genuine Epson cartridge, clean nozzles to solve it. Also, the blocked nozzles influence genuine cartridge afterwards. I lost the previous print quality.
