I purchased this product in May 27,2012. I recieved the product in a fast timely matter. And the product worked really well. The color pay out was very impressive. However, recently when I needed to print something out. There was no ink left. I only printed 30 pages in May 2012. I only used the black ink. I have not tried to use it until September 2012. And the computer screen told me the ink levels are full. But the inked dried out so I was unable to print anything. If this is expected please let me know. I have never had this experience with an cartidge before.

This is the second time I bought Epson cartridges and had to return. I ordered the correct cartridges but my printer keeps saying "wrong cartridges". I believe it is the printer I am using and nothing to do with the cartridges. Would like to return this printer!!!

Nothing against the seller or the product, but these "third-party" cartridges worked twice before, which is why I reordered them, but for whatever reason, the printer would not accept them this time around. Seller issued a refund and was very grateful there was no hassle with that.

The ink did not last long. I didn't get to print anything I needed because there was no ink. I would not recommend to anyone.
