I was very disappointed to find that it won't print at all. I cleaned the print heads and still no luck.

I bought this remanufactured ink cartridge to see if it was a comparable yet less expensive alternative to a regular ink cartridge. I was skeptical of the product because I read a review of some of the issues a previous customer had. It suffices to say this product has its issues which aren't worth the hassle. In my personal experience, when I first inserted the color ink cartridge and my printer had its first test output, all CMYK colors seemed to be working yet there was visible streakiness. I performed a "clean" test on my printer and afterwards decided to try printing a small illustrated image which had to utilize all CMYK colors. This is when I noticed the yellow ink was no longer printing. So there you have it the cartridge barely lasted a one page printing. I guess I could contact the seller and see what can be done, but I figure it's just not worth my time considering what I paid and what I would have to pay in shipping the item back...Lesson learned...You get what you pay for. Absolutely no recommendations for this product.

I bought this combo pack and it was shipped in a timely manner. The black ink cartridge worked fine but the color cartridge did not (magenta didn't flow). Called customer service and a replacement was sent. Again no magenta. I'll just have to use it as is. Good customer service and the price was what I'd been looking for. I'd purchase black ink cartridges from them again, no problem.
